CONTEXT & MISSION:


In the context of the new multi-brand approach, we are looking for a highly motivated
Visual Merchandising Project Leader Travel Retail Europe & Americas to join our Travel Retail Department.

Key support within the Brand teams, you will be piloting Visual Merchandising priorities, workflows and projects to ensure a consistent and higly qualitative execution of the new brands instore.

In this role, you will work in close collaboration with the rest of the Travel Retail Team (Marketing, Sales & Operations) as well as Global Brand teams and external partners.

This new position is based in
Plan-les-Ouates (near Geneva) and reports to the Head of Global Travel Retail Marketing.


MAIN RESPONSABILITIES:


1) Store Animation & Events

  • Drive the execution and merchandising of HPP/SPP with the TR Brand Teams or with external agencies (from design to technical input, production, installation, report and record),
  • Ensure that VM hardware and collateral are available and delivered on time,
  • Adapt designs given by Brand Teams to better meet our regions assortment and furniture,
  • Propose any idea contributing to enhance the brand on the point of sales.

2) Merchandising Excellence

  • Drive briefs for TR semipersonalized spaces and build associated guidelines, giving technical recommendations,
  • Organize & develop all in store soft VM materials to enhance POS retail excellence consistently,
  • Manage the TR Visual Charters & POSM catalogs,
  • Production of visual printing artworks for the VM charters & brand events,
  • Prepare in and out planograms of main configurations in line with cat Man strategy,
  • Work with Brand Team to prepare planograms by furniture and determine assortments based on configurations and PAX for all new installations,
  • Update general VM planogram books guidelines to share with field teams,
  • Create impactful and attractive on counter maximization guidelines to be approved by Brand Teams & TR Brand managers to better highlight novelties at POS.

3) Business Support

  • Support team in looking for innovative and additional opportunities on the different brands with visual presentations & renders,
  • Support preparations for internal stakeholder events: ensure Brand experiences are adapted to TR environment and well showcased,
  • Foster cooperation with Global Brand Teams to accelerate the brand building exercise in the region and maximize omnichannel synergies.

HOW YOU CAN FIT:


  • At least 2+ years of experience in Visual Merchandising, a first experience in Travel Retail is a strong plus;
  • Excellent knowledge of Photoshop, Illustrator or other equivalent design software;
  • Fluent in English, French is a strong plus;
  • Selforganized, proactive, handson and multitask oriented with a high level of autonomy and entrepreneurial spirit;
  • Excellent attention to details with strong organizational skills;
  • Appetite for change and challenges and at ease in an international fastpaced environment with remote & multicultural teams.
