PURPOSE:

We are looking for a highly motivated
Retail
Training Intern.

In this role, you will support the CX & L&D Manager in developing and sharing engaging learning content for our retail teams to provide the best possible experience to our potential and existing customers.


You will be supporting on the learning tools development & e-learning platform governance, database integrity, course deployment and content management across 30 entities.

The position is based Geneva.


MISSIONS:

1)Retail Learning Content Development

  • Support in the development of highquality, engaging learning experiences for Retail population, including inclass, workshops, coaching and digital learning tools
  • Continually research and appraise new technologies and platforms to enhance our eLearning capabilities
  • Keep the training catalog and tools up to date, following launch plan and appropriate graphic charter
  • Deploy elearning modules for markets with no key users, according to a dedicated timeline and communication strategy
  • Oversee and implement translation in partnership with external vendors or local partners
2)Reporting & Analytics

  • Oversee administrative maintenance needs of the LMS
  • Optimize the learners database management and training catalogue maintenance
  • Analyze learners KPIs to assess performance and effectiveness of training strategy by market
3)Coordination & Communication

  • Help coordinating Customer Experience & Retail regional transversal projects
  • Bring support on seminars, webinars and community animation
  • Maintain close communication with all parties
  • Be proactive and propose process optimizations

PROFILE:


  • Student in Bachelor or Master degree
    with an internship agreement provided by your current school (mandatory)
  • A first experience in learning & development, with a digital focus, on cosmetic industry should be a +
  • You have very good communication skills in English. You are comfortable with Learning Management System, PPT, Excel Word and the Adobe Suite
  • You have good presentation skills
  • You are flexible yet rigorous and comfortable with organizing and planning
  • You are solution driven and creative

January or February, for 6 months on a full-time basis
