- Our company is undertaking an ambitious Information System transformation aimed to modernizing, redefining and implementing the target organization and processes supporting our strategy and our growth.
- He/she will enhance overall efficiency of business processes.
- Tasks
- Establish and maintain a close relationship with Business by acting as an Account Manager for the function,
- Facilitate the collaboration between relevant groups and stakeholders,
- Gather business requirements, needs, ideas, initiatives from business teams and convert them into potential projects and to initiate a change,
- Make the functional and technical impacts analysis,
- Make the overall project delivery happening, manage planning, risk and cost,
- Manage and collaborate with external suppliers,
- Collaborate with support team to ensure issues are identified, tracked, reported on and resolved in a timely manner,
- Proactively recommend new opportunities for enhancing our software and IT processes,
- Coordinate the decommissioning of legacy systems.
- A proven track record on various implementations around the ERP D365 F&O
- Strong experience around Supply Chain processes & EDI data flows
- Experience in an international context
- English fluent, French or other languages is a plus
