What it's about
We are looking for an experienced Junior Business and Project Manager to join our Investment Services Department. The individual will help strengthen our team and be responsible for the relationships with market data vendors.

Main Responsibilities

Support the management of investment data service and research providers at Partners Group, to ensure we deliver on business requirements, optimise spend and maintain compliance and control risk throughout the lifecycle
Work with senior stakeholders within Partners Group's various investment teams (Private Equity, Private Debt, Private Infrastructure and Private Real Estate) to understand business objectives, and to make sure the selection of services we subscribe to makes sense for the entire investment platform
Provide general assistance with market data renewals, invoice reconciliation, budget forecasts, or handling market data requests from the investment teams
Propose subscribing to new services as well as enhancing or terminating existing services according to the needs to the investment platform
Stay up to data with respect to the offerings of current as well as alternative providers
Process license requests for hires and termed employees and keep track of data to assist in negotiations
Continually monitor and evaluate existing service providers and negotiate pricing for renewals
Be responsible for the accurate logging of monthly data stats on information dashboards and provide updates on usage to senior stakeholders
Oversee and track data service provider expenses versus budget

What we expect

Bachelor's degree, preferably in Business Administration, finance or similar
3+ years of work experience, preferably in banking, finance, asset management or in a highly comparable fast paced environment
Strong negotiation skills with excellent verbal and written communication skills
Experience in managing contracts throughout their lifecycle and / or familiar with investment data resources
A selfdirected person with the ability to manage and complete tasks effectively and within demanding timelines
Motivated by continuously improving and streamlining tasks and procedure
Capable of multitasking with the empowering ability to create common understanding and foster outcomes amongst people with divergent priorities at all levels
Willing to be accountable for areas of responsibility, and flexible to take on new responsibilities and ad hoc tasks
Ability to demonstrate entrepreneurial thinking and passion to work in an international and dynamic team
Proficient in MS Office Suites
