We are recruiting a Marketing Manager to join our vibrant Skin Health EMEA franchise team and lead Aveeno & NeoStrata brands, 2 big brands that are global priorities with lots of potential within the region.

This is a key leadership role within the organisation. The person will have responsibility for leading a team of 2 direct reports. This position reports to the Marketing Director Skin Health EMEA and will be based in Zug, Switzerland UK.


The Marketing Manager will be responsible for accelerating Aveeno and Neostrata brands across EMEA, leading the strategy, innovation pipeline and content development.

You will be accountable for the development of new product innovation and content adapted for the region as well as supporting the local marketing teams to activate innovation with customers, consumers and HCPs that delivers against overall business, market share and equity objectives.

The person will also be responsible for the digital acceleration of the portfolio, building core digital capabilities paramount to win today & in the future.

Our EMEA Skin Health Marketing team is filled with high-energy, forward-thinking leaders that get excited by the challenges of leading a business.


Responsibilities

  • Own & Partner with senior management, markets and cross functional teams in shaping a robust regional strategy in line with the global strategy
  • Shape regional brand architecture & drive innovation by identifying consumer insights, need states & market trends, creating & developing new product concepts & execute best in class launches partnering with the global teams.
  • Collaborate closely with crossfunctional teams (i.e. R&D, Packaging) and lead the NPD & claims development
  • Develop and/or adapt content toolkit centred around the consumer & anchored to the brand strategy. Responsible for the strategic planning, briefing & deployment of the assets across EMEA.
  • Develop best in class toolkits & materials for HCPs education
  • Lead HCP capability for the region
  • Work as a partner to other key regions to drive synergies: NA and APAC in strategy and innovation development
  • Develop and maintain strong relationships with regional crossfunctional teams, ensuring ongoing alignment and engagement & build a strong Skin Health culture across countries
  • Monitor market, brand and competitor performance. Ensure a deep understanding of the key drivers behind market evolution, share and sales performance, in order that ongoing recommendations can be made to the business.

Qualifications:


  • A BA degree is required. Master in business or marketing specialization preferred.
  • A minimum of 7+ years of progressive experience in setting a vision and executing in a similar integrated brand leadership role within the Beauty or Skincare industry,
  • Experience in digital marketing, (i.e., social media, influencers, ecommerce, performance marketing, online) is required.
  • Experience leading in a matrix environment and cross functional teams is required.
  • Demonstrated track record of people development and leadership
  • Demonstrated financial acumen in making effective business decisions.
  • Experience in successful partnership with R&D organizations to develop innovative products supported by specific and relevant brand messaging is required.
  • Proven success in developing strategic agency partnerships to build long term brand health and business.
  • Fluency in English is required. Other European languages as a plus.
