Your contribution to our vision:


  • Administrational coordination of PVmodule R&D projects with external institutes (composition of project proposals and milestone reports, budget tracking, etc.)
  • Lead of PVmodule R&D projects with external institutes (composition of project proposals and milestone reports, budget tracking, fulfillment of project KPI's/milestones, distribution of work packages within internal team, status reporting, etc.)
  • Lead of internal PVmodule innovation projects (coordination of project teams, delegation and tracking of tasks, fulfillment of project KPI's, status reporting, budget tracking, etc.)
  • Interface to cell development department
  • Following of market trends on solar cell and PVmodule development activities

Your personality:


  • Degree in physics with a specialization in solar cells (FH/ETH) or similar
  • Experience in comparable field desired
  • Outstanding analytical skills and structured working methodology
  • Technically versed and robust personality with outstanding interpersonal skills
  • Outstanding team player
  • Proficient in German and English, verbal and written communication skills
  • Willing to travel up to 20% of your working time
