- Research, test, recommend, implement, and support technical solutions tailored to the needs of an international reinsurance business.
- Provide daily customer support to a discipline-diverse and geographically distributed user base, ensuring a service experience valued by the business.
- Deliver exceptional service to business stakeholders, requiring a mix of high-level design/support skills and direct business stakeholder interaction.
- Operate competently within an ITIL-based framework, minimizing organizational risk through effective control management.
- Operate and implement changes within the Azure cloud environment, demonstrating proficiency in cloud technologies.
- Develop Azure Infrastructure as a Code (IaaC), showcasing strong capabilities in cloud architecture and automation.
- 3 to 5 years' experience in the area of this role
- A degree in the area of Information Technology
- Azure certified DevOps Engineer is a plus
- Service Now certified developer is a plus
- Entrepreneurial mindset and the ability to navigate through complexity and derive simplicity
- Passionate about working in agile teams in a multinational environment and with a true agile mindset
- Curious and the motivation to learn and advance
- Open minded personality with the can-do mindset and a good sense for pragmatism
