wealth, investment and banking services.

You will be joining the Pictet Wealth Management division in Geneva and will be part of the Client Business Compliance AML department (CBC AML).

This department is part of the PWM business line.

CBC AML owns the PWM business risks and is responsible for the assessment and ongoing monitoring of them, throughout the various banks of the Pictet Group.

The team handles various operational activities related to client onboarding, client monitoring and client reviewing. Its main mission is to identify, analyse and mitigate all the risks associated with the business.

Your role:

Your mission will be to perform various activities for each of the CBC AML teams. Your assignment to a specific team will be based on demand, depending on the current volume of business and other business requirements (ad hoc basis). You will be an active part of the response to be implemented when we notice or expect peaks in our activities, be it on a specific team in Geneva or in the rest of the Group.
Able to perform all the tasks related to our three activities, i.e. client onboarding, client monitoring and client reviewing.
Working actively within one of the three activities for a limited period of time (up to 6 months).
Providing support to a particular team's efforts on an ondemand basis, throughout the Group within the purview of the Department Head of CBC AML.
Being a dependable team player and supporting the teams' efforts.
Handling ad hoc projects related to the department's activities, in collaboration with the Department Head of CBC AML.
Interacting with the Front Office and various other internal stakeholders.
Presenting cases to AML Committees.
Guiding and supporting junior staff in their work, providing ongoing training where needed.

Your profile:

At least four years' experience in a compliance position in a private bank in Switzerland.
Master's degree; a Certificate in Compliance Management would be an asset.
Strong interest in regulatory issues and the AML field. Very good knowledge of the AMLA, the OBA-FINMA and the Swiss Banks' Code of Conduct, as well as various court rulings.
Excellent command of French and English (oral and written).
Openminded, flexible and able to multitask: capable of integrating various teams in different cultures and geographical locations.
Skilful and versatile, with proven personal interaction skills.
Able to show discretion and handle confidential issues in an appropriate manner.
Must be resident in Switzerland.
