For our client, an international company with a Office in Zurich City, we are looking exclusive for a reliable, organized and trustworthyAdministrative Assistant (M/F/d) 50% Russian are mandatory The workload is very variable (no fixed workload, assignments on call, approx. 50-60% annual average
Your responsibilities
- You support the General Manager and the teams
- You manage the visitor reception
- You organize and coordinate the meetings
- You answer and transfer the calls accordingly
- You are responsible for the general office work and the travel management
- You support in administrative matters of the Management team
- You are responsible for the coordination of the facility management
- You also support in various projects as necessary
Your profile
- You should have at least gained 2 years of work experience in an administration role
- You have an office diploma or similar
- You should have a problem solving and cando attitude
- You have a proficiency level in Russian, German and in written and verbal. Any further langue is a plus
- You should have great communication skills and an analytical mindset
- You are flexible and a team player
