For our client, an international company with a Office in Zurich City, we are looking exclusive for a reliable, organized and trustworthy

Administrative Assistant (M/F/d) 50% Russian are mandatory The workload is very variable (no fixed workload, assignments on call, approx. 50-60% annual average


Your responsibilities

  • You support the General Manager and the teams
  • You manage the visitor reception
  • You organize and coordinate the meetings
  • You answer and transfer the calls accordingly
  • You are responsible for the general office work and the travel management
  • You support in administrative matters of the Management team
  • You are responsible for the coordination of the facility management
  • You also support in various projects as necessary

Your profile

  • You should have at least gained 2 years of work experience in an administration role
  • You have an office diploma or similar
  • You should have a problem solving and cando attitude
  • You have a proficiency level in Russian, German and in written and verbal. Any further langue is a plus
  • You should have great communication skills and an analytical mindset
  • You are flexible and a team player
