Your team:

Pictet Wealth Management combines more than 200 years of Swiss banking heritage with global investment expertise. The Partnerowned financial services group offers a comprehensive service for wealthy individuals and families, including discretionary and advisory investment solutions and family office services.
You will be responsible for establishing tactical and strategic exchange rate scenarios for around 15 currencies, including the euro, US dollar, pound sterling, yen and Swiss franc, using findings and information issued by the Asset Allocation & Macro Research (AA&MR) department.

Your role:

Analysing the forex market in the light of the global macroeconomic environment.
Issuing forex recommendations intended for the Investment Committee, Managers and clients.
Devising indicators and developing econometric and quantitative asset allocation models on foreign exchange rates, as well as updating existing economic and financial models.
Adapting analysis to take account of the constraints of wealth management and clients' needs, and summarising it for the entire AA&MR team to provide valueadded ideas on this asset class.
Acting as the expert for a specific zone and knowing how to recognise the signals on the corresponding market to offer the best investment solutions.
Contributing to wealth management publications and writing articles.
Giving interviews and talks.
Helping to develop and improve the economic and financial database.

Your profile:

Master's in Economics or a qualification deemed equivalent.
At least five years' experience in economic and market analysis.
Skilled user of the most common office IT tools (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Access and internet)
Proficient user of economic and financial databases as well as statistics software (E-Views, Matlab, Datastream, Bloomberg, Reuters and VBA programming language).
Perfect command of French (spoken and written) and good command of English, with excellent written and oral communication skills (public speaking).
Must be resident in Switzerland.
