Your Role:

We offer 6 to 12 months internship within Regulatory compliance department of Aubonne Site in Switzerland.


The Main tasks are:


  • Participation to the Quality and Regulatory documentation practices related to the manufactured and tested products such as Site registration, Health Authority Paper inspection
  • Support to the Regulatory Product Experts. Followup on regulatory submissions and health authority approvals of changes. Participation on Site Regulatory improvement projects.
  • Coordinating the provision of regulatory deliverables to support regulatory submissions
  • Update the Site Master File, a document summarizing all ongoing activities in Aubonne, in close collaboration with the different departments on site

Your profile:


  • A relevant diploma in Lifescience (Pharmacy, Engeneering degree, Master Science, Chemistry or other related topic)
  • Knowledge in Biotechnological sciences is a plus
  • Fluently spoken and written English and French
  • Good editorial and communication skills
  • Autonomous
