In the frame of the growth of our business, we are looking for a:

SIOP Lead

Main activities

Demand Planning Activities:

Establish a 1 year rolling Sell-Out forecast for more than 300 SKUs and more than 90 Countries through sales analysis, statistical forecasting and by closely interacting with other departments.
Monitor performance to continually improve the quality and reliability of the Forecasts and Stock Management.

SIOP Activities:

Execute Pre-SIOP meeting, including generation of S&OP reports & metrics, documentation of Supply Chain gaps/issues and resolutions, and documentation of recommendations and agenda for Executive meetings.
Execute Global & Executive SIOP meetings, including timing/scheduling, material preparation, and ensuring SC constraints are communicated clearly and early to define appropriate allocation decisions.
Coordinate global supply & demand reviews, understand how changes in one market may have implications on supply/demand in others, and communicate these risks in a timely fashion.
Ensure, in partnership with Demand & Supply Planning, the plan quality by driving best practices with SIOP and actions to improve forecast accuracy and related metrics.
Support Head of Supply Chain to execute the Supply Chain Strategy.
Ensure the alignment of the Demand & Supply planning through Sales, Inventory and Operations Planning by interacting closely with Commercial, Finance, Marketing & Technical Departments.
Support inventory management in view of business strategy and outlook.
Accountable of Stock subsidiaries to ensure product availability for customers whilst maintaining optimal stock cover.
Master Data Management / Data governance capabilities.
Participate in digitalization and automation projects.

Your profile

10 years of experience leading End to End supply chain processes (i.e demand/forecasting, supply/Inventory planning, S&OP rollout/management) in a global/companywide leadership scale of S&OP/IBP execution and implementation.
Strong process improvement competences.
Full understanding regarding how the forecast impacts financial & operational planning and performance.

SAP/ERP knowledge

Business Intelligence knowledge (Corporate tool: Power BI)
Fluency in French and English
Good negotiator, listener, and communicator
Excellent problemsolving skills and ability to work in a fastpaced environment.
Strong communication skills (Verbal, Presentation, Written) to communicate effectively with executive level leadership such as VPs, GMs, CCO, CFO, CTO
