Technical CoordinatorThe Technical Coordinator helps the customer in solving technical problems on his fleet.
He is the customers entry point into SR Technics operation / organisation. Technical Coordinator is also responsible for maintaining records of customer interactions and collaborating with 3rd parties.
Main Tasks
- To promote a positive Safety Culture and to ensure that Safety and Quality Policy is communicated / promoted and implemented within the Organization
- To ensure that all elements of the SMS are properly implemented, maintained and continuously improved by fulfilling all SMS related duties and responsibilities as defined in SMS Manual
- Considering customers interests as well as economic efficiency from the view of SR Technics.
- Assists to the daily Production meeting and assists whit technical advices.
- Coordination and prioritization of aircraft availability and work execution as well as technical support for the different departments
- Leader of aircraft recovery organisation within SR Technics, Local Branch.
- Topic centre, coordination and support of technical issues (especially nonroutine) for
- Coordinates with production availability of contracted hours / requests
- Create and implement new processes to improve efficiency and customer satisfaction while reducing costs.
- Ensures work package preparation, supervision and coordination with Operation.
- Trouble shoot, supports with technical advice to solve problem.
- Coordinates Material, Special tooling's & Special equipment's, internal and external.
- Evaluates and coordinates Customers special request's such as FSE, field team, Maintenance support in unmanned stations, etc.
- Complies with all terms and condition as per SGHA falling under his responsibilities.
- Coordinate, ensures, implements full adherence to PRM
- Supports, coordinates with the operation while finalising the monthly activities reports.
Profile:
- Excellent communication skills, high degree of customer focus, both internal and external.
- Bachelor, high school, aviation university degree

- Proven ability to work under pressure
- Demonstrate working knowledge of health, safety and quality procedures to the required level.
- At least 10 years of experience as Line Engineer
- Holder of a Valid B1/B2 EASA Part66 Licence
- EWIS, HF y FTS trainings
- Leadership Competences
- Good comand of verbal and written English, Level C
- Proficient in MS Office.
