Your tasks

Create design proposals throughout the design process, including interaction concepts and final mockups for implementation by distilling complex problems and designing simple and delightful solutions
Develop the information architecture and navigation concepts for mobile solutions
Build interactive prototypes for evaluation with users
Empathize with users, understand their needs and adopt a datadriven approach through collaborating with our user research colleagues
Represent users in advocating for tradeoffs that prioritizes an optimal B2C experience while working closely with crossfunctional teams, such as developers, requirements engineers, audiologists, hearing performance experts and product managers
Adopt a comprehensive perspective at every touchpoint by closely collaborating with our colleagues designing for B2B

Your profile

Bachelor's or Master's degree in UX Design, Interaction Design, Human-Computer Interaction, or related field
At least 3 years of experience with Usercentered product development methods, design thinking etc.
Ability in identifying a broad range of potential solutions for a given problem statement
Proficiency in design and prototyping tools such as Figma
Fluency in English, both written and spoken; good German skills as an advantage
