Would you like to improve the services offer for our consumables? Ready to define the future of services?

In this role, you are in charge of managing the value proposition of the range of services you are responsible for (ie : Consumables), all along their life cycle from launch to phase out.

You focus at translating the Customer Service strategy to best-in-class value proposition services pushing for services and processes standardisation across regions in a GloCal approach.

You support sales in the go-to-market strategy defined with the heads of market regions and act as a game changer in the organisation.

You ensure the growth of revenues for the consumables and related services.

Engineering degree in Mechanics, strong technical background

Experience in liaising with various stakeholders : R&D, purchasing, supplier, curtomers, sales force

Excellent communication skills
