**Deine Hauptaufgaben**
- Sie beraten unsere Kunden in sämtlichen Belangen des Arbeits
- und Vertragsrechts, wobei Sie regelmässig mit Fragen des Sozialversicherungs
- und Gesellschaftsrechts in Berührung kommen. Darüber hinaus haben Sie die Möglichkeit, im öffentlichen Verwaltungs
- und Verfahrensrecht vertiefte Erfahrungen zu sammeln
- Sie arbeiten oft in enger Zusammenarbeit mit unseren Wirtschaftsprüfern, Unternehmensberatern sowie unseren Steuerfachleuten im In
- und Ausland, und koordinieren die reibungslose Umsetzung zwischen dem Kunden, den beteiligten EY Abteilungen und externen Stellen
- Sie sind vom ersten Tag an in interessante, komplexe, nationale wie internationale Projekte involviert und arbeiten direkt mit den Spezialisten aus unseren anderen EY Abteilungen und den Klienten zusammen
- Bern wäre grundsätzlich ihr primärer Arbeitsort, wobei Home-Office zum Alltag gehört und auch andere EY Standorte wie namentlich in Zürich als Arbeitsort in Frage kommen können

**Deine Kompetenzen**
- Masterabschluss in Rechtswissenschaften wird vorausgesetzt; Anwaltspatent, Auslandstudium (z.B. LL.M.) oder Arbeitserfahrung im Ausland von Vorteil
- Idealerweise mindestens 1 bis 2 Jahre Arbeitserfahrung, einschliesslich Arbeits
- und oder Sozialversicherungsrecht, in einer Anwaltskanzlei, Beratungsgesellschaft oder Rechtsabteilung. Verfügen Sie über weniger Erfahrung, aber sind motiviert, schnell viel zu lernen? Melden Sie sich ebenfalls
- Flexibler Teamplayer mit analytischen Fähigkeiten
- Unsere Mitarbeiter sind kommunikative Persönlichkeiten mit sehr guten Deutsch
- und Englisch-Kenntnissen. Sind Sie es auch?

We offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you'll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The salary range for this job in most geographic locations in the US is $000 to $000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $000 to $000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options.
