Job Description:We are looking for a driven person to join our Construction and Facility Team in Zurich. We are looking for someone who is interested in creating the best environment for our customer and colleagues. You are energetic, organized and structured. In this role you will be responsible of the Facility operations and Facility projects of our stores and offices including technical works such as maintenance and retrofits and commercial driven initiatives such as space optimizations.

  • Enable and secure attractive and well performing stores in a specific geographic region of Switzerland.
  • Lead and carry out technical projects that secure the lifetime of the stores
  • Implement commercial driven initiatives that improve the customer experience of the stores.
  • Contribute to the sustainability goals of the company.
  • Secure the Health and Safety of colleagues and customers by working closely with local Security department and act when necessary.
  • Owner of the Store portfolio Facility cost budget, based on agreed requirements and planned activities.
  • Work with the existing network of suppliers and contractors to secure world class services.
  • Monitor, invoice handling and analyse all Facility costs especially maintenance, cleaning and energy costs.
  • Seek for sustainable solutions and cost saving opportunities.
  • Track progress of service requests and equipment replacements following up on all orders and transport materials for up keeping and noncommercial goods.

Qualifications:


As a team player together in cross-functional collaboration with local colleagues and departments, you give direction, lead and coach stakeholders in an inspiring way to generate an exciting shopping experience for all our customers.


  • Comfortable managing several stakeholders and various projects and tasks simultaneously.
  • Understand business needs with the ability to prioritize and work with tight deadlines.
  • Strong communication skills with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Entrepreneurial spirit with the ability to drive goals forward.
  • Act in line with H&M values and leadership expectations, having the right mindset to contribute to H&M's business success.
  • Minimum 2 years working in the Facility Management field.
  • Selfmotivation and ability to work independently as well as a team player
  • Drive and ambition to strive for improvements.
  • Open to learn new skills.
  • Fluent in English and German.
  • A Master in Facility Management, a technical degree in Engineering or Architecture is an advantage.
