Job Purpose

Main Tasks and Responsibilities

Deploy technology solutions in line with our digital ambition and strategic business priorities, such as S/4 HANA migration, performance management, credit collection, payment platforms, etc.
Develop a highperformance team with strong leadership skills and technology expertise.
Act as a trusted advisor and partner to the Finance team providing technology expertise and driving innovation. Collaborate with crossfunctional teams to drive operational efficiencies and to enhance customer experience.
Work closely with the leadership to ensure effective collaboration across various teams and stakeholders, define and implement effective governance and timely management reporting.
Stay uptodate with industry trends, emerging technologies, and best practices in the area of supply chain management. Proactively identify areas for improvement and implement enhancements accordingly.

Requirements needed
Education

Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Finance or related field and/or related working experience

Experience & personal attributes

10+ years of handson experience with technologies and data analytics, in the Finance area.
Strong leadership skills with the ability to motivate, inspire and coach a team.
Strong expertise in accounting, controlling and industry trends.
Excellent project management skills, including the ability to manage and oversee multiple transformational projects simultaneously.
Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to build, influence and maintain strong relationships across the organization.
Indepth knowledge of SAP ECC and S/4 (i.e. FI/CO), and other Finance software solutions (e.g. HighRadius, Delego, Concur, etc.).
Capacity to face and adapt to challenges to overcome them (resilience, conflict management etc ).
Fluent English spoken and written, other languages are an asset (DE)
