Your challenge*:
Would you like to start your career in the dynamic world of banking? We are currently looking for a dedicated and motivated individual for the position of Junior Training Manager to join our Testing & Training Management team in Bendern, Liechtenstein.
This position offers an eciting opportunity to monitor the effectiveness of training programmes and keep up to date with training trends.
We offer talented entry-level and junior profiles varied and diverse tasks as well as the ideal opportunity to familiarise themselves with or further develop their skills in the area of training:- Determination and evaluation of training needs
- Creation of customised training content
- Implementing various training methods to improve the skills and performance of employees
- Independent and proactive processing of tasks in the training area, as well as active codesign of the learning strategy
- Administration and support of elearning tools (learning management system, elearning authoring)
