The Sr. Director, Strategic Collaboration - Med Tech oversees Quality activities at Strategic Collaborator (Jabil) manufacturing sites in North America, Switzerland, and Germany. Responsible for managing the strategic relationship with the Strategic Collaborator, designing the overall Quality strategy, and ensuring Quality performance aligns with J&J Standards and external regulatory requirements. Also serves as the Ethicon Strategic Collaborator Quality representative at Cilag GmbH in Zug, Switzerland.
Partnering with Franchises to develop and deploy Jabil Supply Chain & Quality strategic plans and ensure quality operations strategy integration at the business level.
Jabil Collaboration Oversight Execution (45%)- Oversees quality activities at Strategic Collaborator (SC) manufacturing sites in North America, Switzerland, and Germany.
- Accountable for ensuring the Collaborator executes against Ethicon and DPS Quality Systems requirements.
- Collaborates with Franchise Quality teams and Jabil on escalation decisions.
- Provides external audit support for J&J Med Tech products and partnerships with Regulatory Compliance.
- Leads Joint Quality Review process for inscope sites.
- Collaborates with SC on improvement programs.
- Responsible for the Jabil Strategic Collaboration Model across all MD Franchises.
- Engages with Franchise Quality, R&D, and Business Development to understand key strategies and technologies.
- Accountable for the Strategic Collaboration maturity strategy.
- Interfaces with the supplier's Senior Leaders to ensure needs are met.
- Establishes Quality processes to support business needs.
- Serves as the Ethicon Strategic Collaborator Quality representative in Zug, Switzerland.
- Establishes Quality Indicators across the global network.
- Manages Quality strategies to realize business objectives.
