Votre mission
Vous gérez et pilotez, en collaboration avec l'architecte système et le chef de produit, le destin du train ART visant à développer et à tenir à jour le nouveau portail de Swissmedic et à en assurer un fonctionnement sûr et résilient. Vous rendez possibles les événements et processus ART et, en votre qualité de servant leader, vous aidez les équipes DevSecOps à produire de la valeur ajoutée. Votre rôle consiste aussi à communiquer activement avec diverses parties prenantes, à œuvrer à lever des obstacles et à contribuer à la gestion des risques mais aussi à faire avancer le processus continu d'amélioration.
Vos compétences
Vos compétences professionnelles découlent de plusieurs années d'expérience des méthodes agiles de pointe, dont SAFe et SCRUM. Ces méthodes ne font pas seulement partie de votre quotidien professionnel, elles sont un aspect essentiel de votre mode de pensée et vous les appliquez et transmettez avec brio dans votre organisation. Vous disposez en outre de solides compétences en coaching, tant au plan individuel que dans la gestion d'équipe. Votre expérience pratique du développement, de la maintenance et du fonctionnement de logiciels vient compléter vos compétences et votre talent pour la technique.
Votre parcours professionnel s'accompagne d'une solide formation universitaire dans une haute école spécialisée ou une université dans le domaine de l'informatique de gestion ou de l'informatique. Vous disposez d'excellentes connaissances linguistiques en allemand et en anglais et ce, tant à l'oral qu'à l'écrit. Des qualifications supplémentaires telles qu'une certification SAFe, que ce soit en tant que SPC, dans la gestion et la mise en œuvre du framework SAFe ou en tant que RTE SAFe, seraient un atout et viendraient confirmer votre capacité à mener à bien des projets ambitieux au sein de notre entreprise.
