Beschreibung

Reporting directly to the CEO, The Vice President of Operations will plan, direct, coordinate, and oversee the operations team composed of the Quality and Regulatory Affairs team, Supply Chain team and Manufacturing team.

You will collaborate with Lunaphore executive leadership to develop and meet company goals while supplying expertise and guidance on operations projects.

Establish and implement strategies and goals for the operations team (QARA department, Supply chain department and Manufacturing department) in line with company strategy and goals
Lead and coordinate managers of each department of operations
Establish and manage operations budget
Be responsible for keeping quality, regulatory and manufacturingrelated deadlines for the company
Lead Insourcing / Outsourcing strategy
Lead and manage contacts with external parties such as notified bodies, competent authorities, suppliers, and distributors consultants, as well as build the necessary network in the field
Ensure alignment with other departments' strategies and timelines
Prepare reports to be presented to or used by the management team
Represent operations team during management meetings and strategic company meetings

Qualifications:

M.Sc in life science/engineering or similar domain
15 years of experience with at least 7 years of experience in manufacturing and supply chain activities
Experience in Life Sciences Instrumentation industry is a must have
Experience in IVD is a nice to have
International experience is required with experience on the European market
Exposure to the US market is a strong plus
Proven strategic planning experience
Experience in building and scaling up a business is a must have
Demonstrated experience setting, monitoring and meeting quarterly and annual goals
Experience in working within life science ISO 9001 certified companies
Excellent people management skills with the ability to motivate and direct people
Fluent in English is a must and French is a strong asset
Ability to travel 20% of the time
