For our client, a Swiss Asset Manager, we are looking for a Junior Project Manager in Bäch SZ.

Tasks

Work with CEO and COO on various projects related to clients, the firm and outside partners
Wide scope of topics from investments proposals to digitalization and compliance
Initiate and coordinate various marketing projects within the firm
Help grow the "private investments" arm of the firm
Help set up offices outside of Switzerland

Requirements:

Bachelor or equivalent entry level, recently graduated or still studying
Passion for managing projects, solving problems and getting things done
Able to work independently and take initiatives, but also to be a fair team player
Enjoy working in a fast moving and demanding environment
Strong organization skills, multitasking capacity and ability to work under pressure
Highly reliable and accurate with an eye for detail
Dynamic and flexible personality
Excellent presentation skills
Efficient and proactive communication and writing skills in English. Any other language will be valued
High level of confidentiality
