YOUR CHALLENGE:

Define and own enterprise Data Quality reporting framework
Establish Data Quality baseline (policies, standards, best practices) and define associated Data Quality standards and metrics
Ensure Data Quality policies and standards are integrated within data flow processes, measured and improved
Develop Data Quality assessments and data cleansing specifications
Enable tracking, monitoring and publishing of DQ scorecards
Monitor compliance of data flows and data stores against Data Quality standards, and perform data audits
Interact regularly with Data Domain Owners and Data Domain Stewards
Identify use case specific Data Quality requirements and required level of Data Quality
Determine root cause and translate into new quality req., reassessing current standards, policies & technology for change
Communicate proposed changes to Data Quality pipeline and implement standards / policies and technology changes accordingly
Update standards, perform continual audit of Data Quality changes
Support identification and correction of Data Quality issues

YOUR PROFILE:

University degree or equivalent, preferably in science, business informatics, banking or finance
Professional change management experience in the banking industry with strong delivery record
Knowledge or experience with data management including data quality management, data governance, metadata management, data dictionary, data lineage, data modelling
Selfmotivated, teamoriented and handson personality, comfortable in driving and managing change as well as challenging the status quo
Fluent in English, German would be an advantage
